Safety First Insurance Surveyor & Loss Assessor Private Limited is a professionally managed corporate surveying practice licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). From our head office in Jaipur and branches in Sikar, Udaipur and Ahmedabad, we handle insurance surveys, loss assessment, claims investigation, risk inspection and claims consultancy.

How we approach every claim

Each assignment is treated as an independent, evidence-led enquiry into three questions: what happened, what it cost, and what the policy responds to. We act for neither side; our findings follow the evidence and the policy terms.

About Mr. Rai

An IRDAI licensed Surveyor & Loss Assessor with 38 years of continuous field experience since 1988 in Motor, Fire, Engineering, Marine Cargo and Miscellaneous losses, much of it across the industrial, commercial and rural belts of Rajasthan.

He founded Safety First to turn the discipline he practised personally into a firm-wide standard: a written methodology, compulsory peer review, committed turnaround times and the technology to support them.

About Mr. Upendra singh

A co-founder of Safety First and an IRDAI-licensed Surveyor & Loss Assessor, practising since 2017, with 9 years of field experience in motor, fire, marine (cargo), engineering, and miscellaneous insurance claims handled for public sector and private insurers across Gujarat. Alongside Mr. Rai, he built the firm’s way of working from the start, and today oversees field survey operations, claim documentation, and report quality, making sure every file is surveyed, documented and reported to the same standard.

He leads the firm’s work with insurers, from receiving an assignment to delivering the final report, and looks after claim allocation, survey coordination, and report quality control, keeping turnaround times and report quality consistent across all four offices.

    Geo-tagged, time-stamped photos and video are captured at the site of loss.

    Request

    Document requirements go to the insured in writing, with a copy to the insurer.

    The loss is quantified from measured particulars and tested against the policy terms.
